Dear Juliano’s, I have been meaning to let you know what a great job Ryan did installing our new liner then opening our pool on May 19th. He worked well after it was dark, and was determined to fix a problem with the light that he found. The water was freezing but he stuck with it until it was fixed. I offered him a tip, which he refused, telling me that his job was to provide the highest quality he could. I just wanted to let you know what a great employee you have!! Thanks Sincerely,
