We have never owned a spa but have been kicking the idea around for a few years, so we had limited knowledge and little experience. Since we live in Coventry we first went to the Vernon store, where we were greeted and kindly directed to Hebron. When we entered the showroom, employees greeted us and let us know Ed was the hot tub guy.

Yesterday, October 7, 2015, your company, as prearranged, sent two men to close my pool for the season for the first ever being at my home. They showed up 15 minutes early and went right to work as if they had been closing my pool for the past 25 years. BUT, when you do it, tell them that I sent you. They will spoil you over and above. I get nothing. Owner Brian Juliano runs an old-fashion company that cares about craftsmanship, details, quality, honestly and above all else customer satisfaction. From start to finish we had Brian’s cell phone number and were encouraged to use it. He returned all calls and texts within a matter of hours (usually minutes) even on weekends and holidays.
